Miss Tsoarelo Qhobela is an MSc Environmental Management graduate at the University of Cape Town (UCT). She is a conscious young Mosotho woman who is enthusiastic to join hands with other young prospective emerging business leaders to apply their minds and take action in Socio-Environmental community developments in South Africa and Africa at large. With her experiences both in her academic and career aspects, she has witnessed the importance of community sanitation in the overall social and economic developments especially in impoverished communities. This importance has therefore cultivated the spirit of engineering and construction developments aimed to provide better livelihoods for the impoverished.  Her enthusiasm in this regard was fueled by getting involved in community projects in her academic research projects. These endeavors helped to shape her appreciation of the importance of education and the power of its application, mentorship and unity; hence her interest in the MSD Mining and Training Solutions Pty, Ltd.
